Background

For the new continuous processing of Technical and Non-technical accounting events, an adjustment and monitoring GUI was required to provide the accounting teams an adjustment portal with Audit Compliance, user management, process monitoring and configuration adjustment functionality. Integrating with the new Sub Ledger and Reporting architecture, Validation and verification rules had to be implemented to ensure successful processing and quality data processing.

Impact

A successful implementation lead to the simplification of the Yearly/Quarterly close processes. Greater data integrity and a streamlined staffing structure with no loss of timely delivery and Regulatory control. The application was well received by the Finance teams around the globe, with over 300 users and a 24/7 processing model.
